Fees and insurance

Sessions are $80. Insurance is accepted, including EAP, and there's a sliding scale if that number doesn't work right now. Just ask. I won't make it awkward.

Session fee

Individual sessions are 45 minutes by secure video and cost $80. A sliding scale is available. Money is often tight in the middle of a divorce, and cost shouldn't keep you from getting help.

Insurance I accept

If your plan isn't listed, I can see you out of network, and you may be able to get part of the cost reimbursed by your insurer.

Check for EAP benefits

Many employers offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that covers a set number of counseling sessions at no cost to you. A lot of people have this through work and don't realize it. Check with HR or your benefits portal, or ask me during your free consult.

Ways to pay

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA cards, cash, and check.

Good Faith Estimate. Under federal law, if you don't have insurance or aren't using it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask for one before your first session. If your bill ends up at least $400 more than the estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.

Just call me

It's 15 minutes, it's free, and there's no sales pitch. Tell me what's going on, ask whatever you want, and see whether I seem like someone you could actually talk to. You don't need to have it figured out first.
